great service from Yianna and the team at Springvale

I went in to Berkowitz with my wife and kids today as we are looking for a dining set. As my wife walked around, the kids and I decided to sit down on a sofa. The store was manned by 3 guys who were not helpful at all. One came up and did not look too pleased that I was sitting on the sofa.

As we were pondering over a table, another sales person came up. We asked a few questions which he answered, but he seemed rather irritated that we needed more time. I opened up the extension to see how large it was but he seemed annoyed that we open it up. How are we supposed to know what the table is like if we do not open it? At this point, I walked out even though my wife was interested in the dining table.

The service in the other stores in the centre were so much better. I will not be going back to this Berkowitz outlet for sure.
