Bernard Booth property management manages two of my daughter's properties and has done for a number of years. Now that she lives overseas I have the responsibility of managing the managers. If there is a problem with the property they ring me up so that I can ascertain the level of response. I am authorised to ok any repairs/services that are needed. They are easy to deal with and are concerned with doing a good job.
