My 3 year old managed to dismantle his bedroom door lock from the inside on the Monday afternoon of Cup Day long weekend. I rang Berwick Locksmiths in a panic (as I had no way of accessing his bedroom and he was quite distressed) at 4.45pm. They arrived promptly and got the door open very fast, but I was disappointed to be charged $154 for a visit which lasted less than 15 mins, involved less than 5 minutes travel time, and required no new parts. I wasn't in a position to shop around for quotes at the time, but would definitely do so in future if I needed a locksmith again.

quick service, great staff ... when I needed a copy for a spare key they they did it very quick and the key worked as good as the old one...they do their job very good

I'm so pleased with them. They work so fast. 30 sec for a key :-) and a big smile every time they serve you.
I made a copy of the car keys there and it cost me 15$ and a few minutes.
