Zero star

I thought I’ve already seen the worst tradies/contractors on my renovations, but this one is a disaster by far.

Communication. Zero star. Despite of excellent communication on my end I have to try very hard multiple times to get a response, and that response would take many days —if ever there is.

The fence installation was rescheduled multiple times. On first two instances, I had to initiate the communication and only to find out later that they were rescheduled due to supplier issues (is it even true?). I took a day off only to find out that it was rescheduled.

Thereafter, comes their promise to let me know the next new schedule. After 6 business days and chasing up, no response.

Unreliable.

So even with 2 months lead times or even a year, you would likely to end up supplier issue (or what’s not) when the time comes.

Communication and integrity are the real issues with them—-the job has not even started yet.

It wasn’t a pleasant experience and worry free. So I cancelled it, but I’ve wasted tremendous amount of time and efforts with this problematic contractor.

Wrong company disgard. Company had no idea of what the contractor had done and sent out a emergency crew to fix..office lady great to deal with

Wouldn't recommend these guys at all. Admin is shocking and wouldn't reply to emails. Decided to use someone else as they did not want to provide the fencing as per my request.

These guys are fantastic, We love our new fence and love the service we got from them.! They are really cheap and worth every penny. They are professional in their manner and their work. I will be recommending them to everyone i know
