Fantastic little place! Offers an incredible experience for the cost. Great Food, Great Service, Great Atmosphere....and all at a very reasonable cost. Bess is one of the Best in Richmond.

I've discovered a hidden gem in Richmond. Recently had lunch there and it was absolutely divine. Some of the nicest salmon I've had! Great coffees, and super service too. The layout is a little unusual - kind of like an old-fashioned pub. I'll be back for sure!
