Went into store to buy some bath mats and I found some good ones on special at 2 for $10 - excellent! Staff were nice and efficent

We received a catalogue in the mail box, drove to the Taigum Shopping Centre and were confronted by over-zealous staff shutting the store - 10 minutes before the advertised closing time. We explained what we wanted, and that it would only take 2 minutes, but were refused entry. Great customer service - NOT!!
