I attended this clinic yesterday to have our aged Labrador euthanized. The vet wouldn't listen to what I wanted done and put my old girl through unnecessary pain and suffering, whilst insisting that I pay an extra $110 on top of the quoted amount (and I had to pay immediately prior to the euthanasia). The vet then made sure to comment when my old girl lost control of her bowels, leaving one small nugget on the floor. I was embarrassed and upset even further. This pushy, ignorant vet, who went ahead and did what she wanted without listening, made what was a distressing situation even worse. I will never set foot in this clinic or store ever again. I will be advising all of my clients to avoid this vet as well. I would give them zero stars if I could.
