What a [redacted due to offensive language] of a store,have been waiting weeks for a delievery,was told by [redacted due to personal identifier] on Christmas Eve it will definitely be delievered today between 1pm-4pm and I asked again are you sure as it's Xmas eve and I could be shopping,his response yes it definitely will,waited & waited no phone call no delivery not happy : (

Do not buy from Best Price Furniture Warehouse!

I ordered and paid a deposit for a toy box from them. They said it would take 3-4 weeks and not to call them, they would call me when it was ready. They didn't call. After 5 weeks I called them and it turned out they had lost my paper work.

It took 8 + 1/2 weeks, 10 phone calls and 4 incidents of lost paper work to get my toy box and when it arrived it was damaged. I demanded a replacement. The replacement was damaged too! The salesperson said that it was probably damaged because they had left it outside in the rain (???). I demanded a refund and got it.

Do not shop there!!!
