would give them no stars! bought my mum a scoopon voucher for christmas, it is not august and she hasnt been able to use it. have contacted them on many occasions and they never got back to us, or said they had no appointments until two months later. my mums appointment was today, she got a message to say the lady was sick. No phone call, no rearrangement. Useless! Will never ever go here!

"No time wasters" I had an appointment 10:00 Sunday, waited nearly 10 minutes outside to be told she was "sick", if this be the case where was my phone call. You wasted my time!
