Went to Best's Winery recently and had a great time! Friendly and welcoming staff, no sense of rush- got to taste everything and tour the beautiful cellars. Great Experience.

Best's Winery is quite out of the way but head out of Swan Hill along the Murray Valley Highway towards Echuca just past Lake Boga and look for the signs. Open for cellar door sales, wine tasting and tours of the winery (by appointment). We have been back a number of times just to get their White Reserve (Port). A terrific drop. Their other wines are just as palatable and at reasonable prices. If you like a gook wine I doubt if you will leave empty handed.

The winery described above is just outside Swan Hill near Lake Boga. The map is not showing this particular winery but another of Best's wineries just outside Stawell. However, on a recent trip to Swan Hill we found that all the signs directing to the Lake Boga winery had all been taken down and on reaching the winery site found the premises closed and dilapidated. According to the locals this particular site had been closed and ceased to produce for some months, so cellar door sales and wines are no longer available from this winery.
