Very busy clinic, long waiting time, very short consultation --especially because I was seeing the only female doctor working on that day. Felt rushed and did not receive a good explanation for my question. Receptionists were not very friendly. I would say an OK clinic if you just have cold and flu, or if you know what you want. But definitely would not recommend if you are looking for a long-term GP/family doctor. And yes, they do bulk bill on weekdays, and they have pharmacy next to the practice (although I prefer to go to chemist warehouse anyway)

A very popular medical clinic on the corner of Sydney and Brunswick Roads. Still, you still achieve a rapport with your doctor. Best to book as queues are inevitable. They have an acupuncturist - would like to try it.

My mother was very unwell, so I called them on the weekend to get advice from them and they were very helpful on the phone. It was the weekend is a paid service. They referred my mum to another clinic and explain for the time being what to do before seeing the doctor.

A very busy medical centre. The staff are all polite and helpful to a point, but don't have time to give any level of personal service. Your consult is likely to be a fast walk down the hallway, a quick barrage of questions and a script, and back out. The doctor I saw misunderstood one of my answers to his questions as he was racing through. They told me two days for results, and when i rang they asked me to ring back in two more days for no apparent reason. Has to be said, though, that there are loads of people there and they are providing a necessary service when so many medical centres are refusing more patients.

I think Betta Health has some of the good doctors. We will strongly recommend Dr. Naidu as she is one of the best you would come across in Australia. The waiting time is usually long but if not in emergency its worth the wait.

Found one of the best doctors in my life, I am 65. I lived nearby and dropped in because a friend said it was OK.
Less than half hour wait if you book I found after waiting 40 mins first time.

Although the doctors at this clinic are very professional, and I quite like the atmosphere, the service is terrrible. On the rare occassions you have an appointment, you are at least 20 minutes late. Last time I waited for more than an hour for my appointment. They say no appointment is necessary, but if you don't have one, you'll wait even longer.
Being open late and bulk billing (not on weekends) is good.
