From start to fish the service was quick and very professional, Prima was very lovely to deal with, when I contacted the Drummoyne showroom for a quote and Bobby came out and did the measuring up the next day. As i needed the screen removed first to do tiling, it was no problem to split the job up. The screen was removed professionally and quickly by Ryan(?)

On the day of installing the new screen, Chris the installer encountered a bit of a problem as his van height would not fit into my resident parking area as I live in an apartment on the 6th floor.
Instead of getting agitated and walking away from the job, (as he had to park in the loading dock that was approx 300metres from apartment), he tried to find different alternatives. I told him not to worry and reschedule, but he was too determined to do the job.

Chris is to be commended as he loaded himself up and did 2 trips with all the equipment and glass, get it into the lift and into the apartment on his own!
Well done and a huge thank you Chris!!! for your determination and hard work. A true professional.

The screen was installed swiftly and professionally. I also got some care advice for the sliding door, on how to maintain the quality of the glass and frame.

Within 3 days of contacting Betta Wardrobes we had an exceptional draft and quote from Kevin, who was very helpful when we were choosing our design. We paid our deposit and the new wardobe was installed the following Saturday. The installer was very clean and polite, covering up all of my floors and coverings. He was very quick and professional and the finished product was better than we had imagined. He even cleaned up as best he could. The cost was just a bonus exceptional.
