Totally unreliable - avoid! After deciding to go with Better Made Kitchens and purchasing all our appliances we were let down a week out from our scheduled start date with an excuse that they had no-one to install. No indication of when they could complete the job. We have been left totally in the dark. There is no way I would let these people near my kitchen now and I would advise others to avoid at all costs.
