The store is always neat and tidy and the staff are friendly, it just makesw me want to go back and shop again next time

Better pets and garden is a great place to shop. they allow you to take your pets in the store and they are have very friendly customer service.

We recently bought a puppy and found these guys very very helpful & a huge range of pet products to choose from. One girl in particular really went out of her way to help us in choosing a kennel and knew her products well. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good friendly customer service and love that they now have a use yourself dog wash facility - much like DIY car wash.

Not the lowest prices but great service and advice so its worth it. Parking is always available (a big plus to me) and the store is well laid out so finding what I want is fast and easy.
