Great service but sometimes hard to find a staff member. Brilliant when you do! Good range of products and it's nice to be able to take your pet along too.

Come in here one day just killing time, having a look at the fish and saw a particular fish that we had been looking for for years. Every store we asked either didn't know what we were talking about or hadn't seen them for years or just didn't know where to get them. This fish turned out to be a staff members pet from home, so I thought great still can't get them. She said she would try and get some for me, took my details and true to her word, called me a couple of weeks later asking if I was still interested in them and ordered me in a breeding pair. Totally exstatic. Couldn't be more helpful. They also have a large range of pet supplies, accessories etc and even have a dogwash instore. I have to drive a distance to get to this store but with helpful, customer service like this, I don't mind.
