The one big issue I have with it is the smell it emits. It literally gives me a headache. The shoes are all cheap and not the best quality but decent enough. You can easily customize the shoes to differentiate it from the rest with studs, glitter, super glue, etc. The staff are generally really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very constricting with the same plan shoe styles linking shelves and plain interior of the store.
