Had bought 2 of my 4 children's school shoes there every year and was disappointed to see my daughter's shoes stitching coming undone to the point they were unwearable. Took them to a shoemaker who was unable to fix them as there was too narrow a seam allowance. I went back to Bett's with a docket to show them and give them feedback on a design flaw and they did not seem sorry or interested. We won't be back...

Great kids shoes! from basic casual everyday to sparkly girly shoes! Service was AMAZING!!! Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable - treated my son like a person. Salesperson was very thorough sizing and presenting product and asked manager to double check the sizing so everything was very thorough - so important with kids shoes. i highly recommend. even my son enjoyed the store - this was great! Ever take kids SHOE SHOPPING? LOL Best kids shoe shopping EVER!
