Fantastic and warm customer service provided at this store, and gorgeous stock of high quality, yet well priced, jewellery. Would recommend!!

Very good customer service! Warm and lovely. My fiancè and I worked with Jen, the store manager, and she was lovely. Very happy with our purchase in the end!

Penrith store NSW
I bought a gold bracelet for my sons 21st birth ,after 6month the gold plating came of the bracelet and i thought it would have been better quality for the $400.00 we spent .The bracelet broke under normal wearing and the store jeweler would not repair or replace the item .I would not recommend any one buy jewelry from this company BEVILLES JEWELLERS AT PENRITH SYDNEY
VERY DISAPOINTING

they have lots of cheap silver jewellery but unfortunately you have to wait to be served i think they need more staff

these guys were really good but unfortunately did not have what i needed at the time otherwise i would have quite happily paid for it, just bad timing on my part as i neede a gift in a hurry but given more time the staff would have happily ordered in what i needed

This shop is far more than a jewellery shop. It has all sorts of things like cutlrey, crockery, serving platters, ornaments,childrens gift ideas. This is a a fantastic shop to do alot of your Christmas shopping.

my patner bought me a ring from the tee tree plaza store in S.A my shopping experiance was the worst i ever had we had to wait about twenty minutes to be served then i was told my ring would be back at a certain time and they would call me they didn't i had to follow it up then they couldn't find it. then when i did get it it started to split where it had been resized i was told that it was common for white gold to split like that.it was then sent to melbourne for repair came back thinner on the bottom side asked for a refund which i got. i was given a voucher to spend in store which i purchased earings which were sterling silver the first time i wore them they went black. staff had a dont care approach about refunding my money and didn't seem fazed that i wouldn't shop there or recomend them to my friends. staff were more interested in talking amongst them selves

We found the service to be slow, staff were talking to each other rather than serving us. The products were good but seemed to be over priced no specials.
