Shocked! Just witnessed the poorest customer service at this café - This male staff member was rude and disrespectful, he displayed poor people skills - told a paying customer to shut up when they were being friendly. Advice to the owner - employ staff that encourage customers to come to your café not ones that turn away business from you as it doesn't matter how good your coffee is if a customer is treated with disrespect!

few days ago i went shopping at parramatta and went to the bezzini park cafe,i ordered a long black coffee and a salad sandwich,the coffee was a bit bitter the sandwich which was ol,they open from 9am-4pm they also have muffins which i bought to takeaway with me,prices resonable

Little cafe conveniently located at the foyer of Jessie Street Centre at Parramatta. Menu is typical of a cafe - a variety of ready made sandwiches, focaccia, muffins, etc. and a sandwich bar where you can request your own style of sandwich to be made. They also serve 3 hot dishes, which differs on a day to day basis. Taste of their food is ok, not the most tastey and sometimes some of their hot dishes can be a bit dry. I can't comment on their coffees as I am not a coffee drinker but I assume its good as I've noticed they have a fair share of regulars. Though I have tried their hot chocolate and I think its ok but not the best. Apart from its convenient location, as I work in the same building, what I like best about this place is their service, which is always friendly and efficient.
