Utterly terrible, do not shop here, ever. Take this as a warning. There is no customer service, the staff and owners are bullies. I am very surprised they remain in business.
Terrible. As a retailer they should be aware of the TPA and equivalent state legislation. All I wanted was assistance with a faulty vacuum cleaner (that was only 10 months old) and they ended up giving me the run-around. A Total turn-off. And then to imply that I simply wanted to swap it because I didnt' like it anymore! Extremely rude. I have the law on my side.
