I can't say enough good things about this place! My husband purchased a new bike from here and had a couple of problems with it but the staff went above and beyond to help! The service here is excellent and I would thoroughly recommend!

The main thing that makes this bike shop great is the staff. The guy in there really knows his stuff and doesn't push you to buy, just states the facts and gives his personal opinion if he has used the bike or accessory. When we bought our bikes from here, they delivered them to our home all assembled ready to use.

Excellent customer service, salesman gave alot of useful advice, without the usual pressure to buy. More mature and professional staff than alot of other bicycle stores.

I had bought a bike from ToysRus and they assured me I could put training wheels on it but to buy them from a bike shop. I went here to get some but on the night before his birthday couldn't get them on the bike. I took it in with the kids in the morning. They advised that they wouldn't go on that bike but we were able to arrange a different bike for him and they had it assembled with the training wheels ready to pick up after kinder. They even let him get on and have a practice in the store. Bike was even reasonably priced (took the other one back to toysrus for a refund). Next son's bike is now ready to pick up for Xmas.
