Over the years the Big4 group of caravan parks have developed from small country town caravan parks to large resort parks with a great range of accommodation and entertainment options. They are very well kept with friendly staff etc. If you have children of all ages, they will happily play in the pools, games rooms, tennis, playgrounds etc. There are wonderful cabins of varying configurations. They are a stay and play destination. Naturally these things are reflected in the costs. Therefore if just staying overnight while in transit it can seem a little expensive in the high season.
