My Big Air 8ft x12ft rectangle trampoline was delivered was delivered within the time frame they quoted. It's easy to build and the basket ball ring adds extra fun for the kids. There was some springs missing from a damaged box but after emailing them the replacements were recieved the next day.

I purchase the 12ft Big Air Trampoline about 3 years ago for our kids for christmas and its still going strong. Our friends purchased there the same year and it is all rusted and faded, so i am very happy that ours is still in great condition. We found it easy to assemble and have recently just purchased another for the kids to have at my parents place. Could not recommend Big Air more :)

I purchased a big air trampoline for my daughter for her birthday. It is a good quality trampoline that was easy to assemble and they have great service! I have also got the safety padding and trampoline tent to keep the mat clean. Very impressed and I Highly recommended them.

Had our 12" trampoline for 4 years of heavy usage. The mat finally split and had a new mat supplied at half price. Great service and speedy delivery.

Corinne (support staff) was also very helpful sorting out an exchange when it came time to replace the netting (after 2+ years constant service)!

I purchased a 12ft Universal Trampoline from Big Air 2 years ago. I have to say it is fantastic. I have teenage children and have had the trampoline put through some rigourous work outs. No problems at all. it has even had approximately 12 teenagers sitting (not jumping)on it at one time and it handled the weight with no problem.
My overall experience with the company has been marvolous, from customer service and the trampoline itself.
I would highly reccomend this company to anyone.

I purchased a 12ft Big Air Extreme Trampoline from Big Air Trampolines & was pleasantly suprised by the whole experience. It's not often that you receive such a professional but personal service especially from an Online Retailer these days. The Customer Service department was happy to take my call & answer the additional questions I had prior to purchasing the product. I have now received the Trampoline which is fully assembled & looks great & the kids love it! I don't expect to have any issues with it in the future however if I do, I was assured by Big Air that I would be looked after in which I have no doubt. Just wanted to share my great experience :)
