These guys were great before our actual travel. But we had a horrible experience and a near death experience when their bus driver drove the whole bus into the ditch on the side of the road with all of us in it. [redacted] We had to sort out our own solution which took all day and was the most painful experience ever. How are Uni students meant to solve a problem like this? When we got back after a very traumatic experience and upset parents, BigBusCo bluntly said "We are saddened that you did not have a good experience with our Company and for this we apologise." After which they did not reply to any of our efforts to communicate with them. These guys only care about money. Not their customers or the service they provide.
