The team at Big Country did an amazing job with my front fence. They went out of their way to complete the fence in a timely manner & it looks stunning. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a PVC Fence to contact them as I am mostly impressed. I have had it now for a few years & it continues to look amazing!

I had major problems with a set of double gates sagging within a year of installation. It took 17 phone calls, 5 emails & over 5 months before anyone would come out. I was told several times on the phone that either myself or kids must have been standing & swinging on the gates. I'm nearly 70 & there are no kids here. The gates were eventually replaced but after a couple of months they are sagging again & I found after the men had left that screws had been left out of the hinges. The gates were made & installed unevenly & are an eyesore. One of the main selling points for the fence was a guarantee from the company [redacted due to personal identifier] that it was self cleaning - all dirt would wash off in rain or by hosing. This is not true. I live in a red soil area & the fence is permanently stained. Nothing removes the stains & the whole fence looks disgusting. The company [redacted due to personal identifier] wasn't interested & stated that this is the only area anywhere (??) with red soil so it's my problem. This company is big on promises & excuses but not on service.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Months of waiting for anything to happen. Finally the fence went up at an extraordinary price. At the time the double gates were badly aligned. Many months after me supplying notes, dimensions and details of faults receiving many excuses from them for delays finally the fixing took place. The fault and problem is still the same.

We had trouble trying to get someone out for a measure and quote, and now six weeks later we are still waiting on the delivery of our fencing. I've phoned numerous times and sometimes don't even get a call back. I paid my deposit and then two weeks later discovered our fencing hadn't been ordered because they didn't realise my deposit had been paid. I've then been told to pay the balance when the quote says balance is payable on delivery. This Company has no service, unless you obviously have a large job to be done. I wouldn't recommend this Company.
