big w had great products competitive prices, good value for money however sales people were difficult to find and products did not always have a a bar code.

I was disappointed with the coloured and patterned concrete installed by Big Fella. It was done unevenly so that water pools at the back door and some of the coloured spay went up on my fencing - and it doesnt come off. Overall very disappointed with their work.
