Such a bad product.
We bought their most expensive kakadu buffalo. Wanting green turf.
Arrived dried, yellow, light from very shallow cut with many having no soil at all - just bare thatch and breaking apart.
Laid it anyway, within 4 hours of delivery, watering each piece as laid, then good soak following. Took photos of delivery condition due to poor condition.
The few good pieces we received among the order are lush and thriving, the rest are yellow and dry.
Sent them our photos, emails etc asking them if this is the quality they are happy with, but still no call from management as promised.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
