I have dealt with Big Rock for 18 years as a landscape and earthmoving contractor, and as our business has changed and grown, Big Rock has been able to supply when and where we have needed product. I highly recommend them for integrity, honesty and on time delivery.

Been back many times to buy fire wood, always quick to load you up and the fellas in the yard take care to hand stack pieces. They seem to have fair prices and their delivery service is fast & efficient too .... The other day I turned up late 20 minutes before closing time asking for three treated pine rail sleepers to be cut into shorter lengths for putting a 200cm concert grand piano on, in storage. That's what I do - move and store pianos (The Piano Doctor) - no issue, they had them loaded into my furniture trailer in minutes. Running a business myself for 30 years now, I know what is good customer service and what is not, so when I see it, I try to encourage it by bringing my business back time and time again. Well run and well organised. To the guy who complained about the smoke, I've been inside the office a dozen times now and I've never been overwhelmed by smoke. They must have fixed that problem by now or maybe installed a good air con or something. I am not keen on smoking either, so I would have noticed. Keep up the good work fellas :-)

We had a quick delivery request from Joe at Big Rock in the early hours of the morning. He was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We had a heap of soil and mulch delivered within 1 hour and high recommend.
