We had our son's 4th birthday there and they were really lovely and helpful. Between food, the price and how much the kids liked playing, I know it was a good choice for us.

Really friendly staff, the two women working there made my kids and I feel really welcomed, and my kids just had a great time! Would defiantly recommend

Worst mothers day at the big slide. Very Rude staff, arrogant, insensitive man at counter.His mother was worse with an expression looking like she was sucking on a prune (a smile wouldnt go astray at a kids playcentre) Would not recommend at all.No people skills and the staff yelling at a mother and her children when walking out.Overpriced. $8.50 for a ham sandwich! no water for the kids.I wont be going back.

A whole day of fun for a great price. We have been here many times and stayed all day long. Theres a really big slide thats the stand out of the place. You can sit back drink a coffee and let the kids run free. I would rate this playcentre 4 out of 5 stars not the best in victoria but the best in the area.

my kids loved it except for the older ones because the older ones after a short amount of time they seem to get bored and the younger ones could play for hours and is cheap :) for entry.

We have took our 2.5yr old here a few times. During the week in school hours is best cause its nice and quiet. She likes the little kids play area well enough. The bikes and jumping castle are good. However she LOVES us taking her up on the big slides. The food is ok and the prices and staff are good here. I also find it clean which is good. Worth a visit. Particularly if you have older kids!

Amazing, my 3 and 8 yr old were entertained all day while I was able to relax and have a great cup of coffee with a friend. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the venue was so clean. The food we had was great a little pricey but no different to any other play centres. I can understand why the place is popular it's the best play centre we have been to in Melbourne. I will be having my daughters bday party here, will be back. It's great value for money.

We had our daughter's 8th birthday party at Big Slide. All of the children had a fantastic time. We were made to feel very welcome, the food was brought out to schedule an the girls had drinks whenever they liked. The facility was clean and tidy as were the toilets. I would definitely go there again. Thank you for making the party a success!

My son went there with a mate in the school hoildays, and yes i am in total agreeance with the other reviews. I also found the staff to be very RUDE, forget service with a smile ( or forget service at all coz it pretty much dosent exist. ) Food & Drinks WAY OVER PRICED !! On the day we were their Im sure the premises must of been full to capacity with people if not very close to being full. Not nearly enough tables or seats. Im not going back here in a hurry anytime very soon.
