a great big store with loads of specials.i love their home decor items and keeping up with fashions.i always walk out with lots of bargains.

The store has value for money and friendly staff but i always have trouble finding things. Alot of the time when i go to buy something in the catalogue they dont have it. Its very annoying

i love this big w because i always seem to be able to find hidden specials and clearances on. they help save me money and they check out person is always wearing a smile which is brilliant. will be back anytime!!

There was i toy that my daughter really wanted it was just after Christmas and it was on the floor the box was broken into a million pieces i ask the staff walking past if they had any more he said that there sold out but he was the manager and he will give it to me at 20% of i got it for $25

it is a good value for money store. though the products aren't of the highest quality. their prices are very competitive.

Store was clean and staff very helpful. Everything was easy to find. The items are in order and whenever I asked for help there was someone readily available. Have a great laybye system and using my rewards card is another bonus. I have been receiving extra reward points for shopping at Big w.
