Big W always has good quality things and they're always well priced, the service is pretty good but they aren't always friendly.. All in all Big W is a pretty good store :)

Have never had a bad experience there. They seem to always have specials out in front of the store.

I love Big W. This store is pretty good, Appears to have everything in stock when I have shopped there. I found it relatively easy to get a park, however looks like it can get quite busy at peak shopping times.

quality and products are always at good value for me and family. they have good specials on,which makes it affordable for the pocket,when asking staff for help they are very helpful to give information on products or where they can be found in the store. clothes and toys for my children they have everything available in store.

Its a big place that's got just about everything, I usually only go there for the electronics and there clothes because they're both great value. The staff are nice and the quality of the products are good too. But the greatest thing for me is the new self serve which solves the waiting in the ques for ages problem.

l love big w as opposed to kmart because they have a better variety of everything and the cost is more affordable. the only downside is that it's always so busy there and the staff aren't very helpful and the check-outs are hardly ever open.
