To the nice young man, Jonathan ! His Is appearance looks to be Asian (don’t judge me if I am wrong) You are the most nicest person at this big w, you are there every time my fiancé and I are at TECH and every time there is no one there, you drop what you are doing and help us out every time and we’re so appreciative of this! Every time I encounter anyone in this workplace, no body wants to help, the online pickers or anyone else there will not have any willing to help me and my fiancé or anyone else as a customer, I have asked for help and they turn to me and say just use the self serve when that’s not what I need from them, they act like they don’t work in this place or they hide in the back room, you see them quickly run and hide or act as a customer, it’s very rude and I am appalled they hire people like this, I appreciate Jonathan for his hard work, helping me and my fiancé find what we need, the help of things and speaking professionally, I see he works hard and does his best for this store whereas I’ve seen no one else wants to, BIG W please hire more good people like Jonathan willing to help the customers needs

Great to go and look around and see if anything is discounted.sometimes i walk out of there saving hundreds of dollars..great stocked up shop and if you have not found what you are after,go to lay by and see if they can ring around stores for you to find out what store has it....

there is always someone at the door greeting you with a smile and a hello-shop is very clean and well organised,if you cannot find anything,the staff are always helpful and will help you find it,and if they cannot find it,they can ring around to other stores and see if they have it....i would recommend big w at bonnyrigg to anyone.

BigW is a great store which low cost items to help customer needs. you can almost find anything at BigW as the range is massive.

I bought soft toys and bibs for my baby and they were having amazing deal at that time with baby products and toys. I bought two big soft toys and lost my babies one shoe over there in store. I had gone to check next day but I did not find it as the store is really big.

Good store to buy anything you like. The best price of all baby foods anytime. The S-26 cost is best and less than all other stores. I have bought clothes for my baby. Lot of toys and crockery, I have taken it from Big W and I was always happy to buy those.
