Excellant experience an very kind and friendly staff members that want to help out your every needs

Some of the younger sales people are very rude and not very helpful at all. Also disappointed when they have sales on and you go to the shop to purchase the items only to be told that there are none left (this is because the staff get first pick of the items as they come into stock), I do not feel it is right that the staff of the store get priority over customers. I know that this happens here because I know people who work in the store and they have told me that when they know that a sale is coming up they look through the catalogue, work out what they want and then when the stock arrives they put the stock aside and either purchase it outright or put it on laybye.

Pleasant surrounds, considerable merchandise, would recommend the specials there any day as they are good value for money
