night staff are very friendly and helpfull. i will deffinetly go bak again. all products were clearly marked and in reach for me to find.

just a general purchase at the shops for a few books but the staff as people were amazing & friendly. a staff member came up to ask if i needed help & assisted me with finding what i wanted and we had a good chat about other authors & i actually tried another book from an author i haven't tried yet. ps i loved the book!

Low prices, but the teenagers always look so unhappy and don't want to help you. When i was looking for certain parts of the shop there wasn't any worker around to help me.

big w, i find is one of the most cheapest places to shop. Just everything in general, the prices no doubt would beat K-mart and Target. i do find that their customer service is friendly and efficient

Big W is the place to shop because the prices are very cheap and the store has a huge range of things to choose from Eg, home entertainment,kitchen,garden and many more

On two occasions bought goods and needed to return them due to faults. They handled them great and refunded on both occasions with no fuss. Good customer service. Products are sometimes of low quality however they are very cheap and are always on special. Located in very good shopping centre too.

I enjoy going to Big W, practically anything that I need its all there, and they arent that expensive, (cheaper than alot of specialty stores) My partner just loves this store cant get enough of it! and when looking for some cheap brand new clothes for my little boy, you cant go past big w!
