Everytime I have shopped at Big W Endeavour Hills I have been impressed with the service and prices. Fantastic shop, easy to navigate around. I have always shopped here, fantastic place and very easy to get to as well.

I go to Big W Endeavour Hills a few times a week. The products are good and the store is clean. The thing that lets this store down is the staff. I have had many occasions that they are slow or rude. At the self serve checkout you are lucky if they have bothered to supply any bags and if you ask them for one they can be very rude.

This is one of the worst Big W stores I have encountered. The staff are rude and unhelpful, many of the items scan incorrectly and the store is often messy and disorganised. Also they very rarely have bags at the self service checkouts and staff are rude when you ask them for one
