Great service-though it was from someone I know. Products are easy to find and well priced. Similar to all other Big W shops I have been in.

The staff are always very helpful and sincere when selling products to me and my family, I was just there today buying a birthday present for my nephew and they gave me gift ideas aswell as good prices taboot.

Big W has changed since the shopping centre has expanded in Grafton. First it has very ugly clothes. (I don't know if it is across all the Big W stores or it's just Grafton) The shoes though if you look very carefully you can usually find an inexpensive pair that is reasonably priced and looks good.
