I really enjoy this Big W.
Friendly staff, large modern store, good range with all of Big W's normal great prices. Has an excellent garden and pet section. One feature I love is that it has toilets, great when you have small children.

Big W do not issue rainchecks for specials out of stock.. The attitude of the staff member was we only keep specials till the stocks run out. Surprising from a company that is making billions and could easily insist that suppliers take back any unsold items

My experience was a good one. I was able to find exactly what I needed in less than a half hour. I wanted to find a Christmas tree, tinsel, baubles and mini decorations. I also wanted to find a T-Shirt. And as I said above it took less than hlf an hour. Only the service was a bit slow.

Big W is known for it great prices and the Whitfords store is no exception. The store is well presented and it very easy to find your way around. The products are good quality and good value. On my most recent visit I wanted Hair elastic and napisan, I found them very easily and quickly.
