Big W is a great place to shop, a good range of lcd Tv's at good prices, friendly customer service and their aways around to help. Excellent range of other products at discount prices.

I love walking into this store as I can always find something I like at a reasonable cost. My favourite area is the DVD section where I spend time browsing and always come away with a reasonably priced music DVD.

I orded some photo's on the big w website to be printed and sent to the Parkmore store this was late November 2007, included in my photos are my christmas photos that I send to family members in the front of the cards. The website stated that this service take upto 14 days (hence why I did it late November) It is now the 7th January 2008 and ... After numerous phone calls and eventually speaking to the manager (who sounded like he was 16 with NO customer service skills) he kept telling me that they must still be at head office in Sydney.... It is now the 8th January 2008 and I still have NOT received my photo's!!!!!!

Customer Service should be better. The staff are too busy to help you find stuff. Though once one of the staff actually took me straight to the home ware section to get the the tea candles I was searching for

This is where I go when I need anything that's not food...such as clothes, books, computer consumables, household goods, as always great value for money. Good variety too. Helpful friendly staff. Layby available which is handy.
