They have got everything I need. I always shop here. And it is located in the shopping centre, so very comfortable.

Service was a little disappointing. In the end I did not buy the product I wanted. Had to wait at the counter for a long time while the check out person was having a conversation with a fellow colleague. Frustrated customer at first. I have returned to purchase a few products however the BIG W would not be my first choice to shop.

Staff always friendly and welcoming. Always able to answer any questions i have. When i was 9 months pregnant and standing in the long layby line, the staff memebers whee considerate enough to come bring me a chair to sit down.

My experience with Big W is they are generally cheaper than anywhere else. I purchase my kids school exerise books. Normal books for general reading is also cheaper

The store is always clean and tidy. Staff are more than happy to help. They always ahve the specials. Checkouts are rarely too busy and there is always service with a smile
