Great store, can often find some good bargains and reductions.
Love how they have a price comparison of their products to the same ones in other stores.
Also photo printing services are great - heaps of booths and staff are helpful

Great value and lots of kiosks to create your own photos. It's sometimes hard to find someone to help you as they usually only have one person serving.

good place to go when you need something last minute, It isnt a shop I would go out of my way to go to. staff seem a bit out of it like they arnt really interested

Big W, has some great things, sometimes at low prices. But you will find a lack of helpful staff, and about 10 cash registers with only one or two open. You would think there is a lack of people willing to work. Overall its an ok place, just don't expect service with a smile.

I had to print some photo's from my card and was having trouble understanding how to do it.
The Photographic staff went out of their way do show me how it was done. Without their help I would not have been able to print my photp's
