I recently was sent a gift voucher for Big W and needed a few items so went to the MIrrabooka store. The staff were friendly and helpful and I didn't have to queue for hours at the checkout

Very good value and prices always the best. Good for buying little things. Not always the best quality, but u get what you pay for. Atmosphere horrible. Bad air con. Shop is always pretty disorganized and messy. Staff un-friendly. Slow service usually due to under-staffing or business.
