Overall just another Big W. All the prices and quality are to be expected, as are the deals and specials. It is however lacking in service. The last time I went in there, no-one was on registers, only someone manning the self-service checkouts. As I was paying with cash, I could not use these and had to wait at an empty cash register until someone noticed me and come to serve me, even though they had watched as I changed from the self-service aisle to the register and still did not come over straight away. Convenience of having a Big W in Murray Bridge is handy though.
