Love coming here when y son is in daycare, I purchase my sons formula here in bulk as its pricey everywhere alse, I could live in this shop, great for all family members home decor, and anything you want you can find here for a great price

I always find this store great to deal with as they 9 times outta 10 have what I'm after or they'll source it for me :)
The staff are friendly and the store is often well set out and well presented.

This is a good place to roam around. I often window shop here, and sometimes I find a bargain I can't resist. They have very reasonable prices and a clean store. The electronics staff are a little slow, but otherwise it's a good place to while away some time. It's a feast for your eyes when you see everything.

It was good service but would like a bit better service. It can be quiet disapointing when you go to a register and there is not a price tag on the item and when you need to call someone for a price on the product and it sometimes takes up to five minutes for someone to come it can be quiet dissapointing .

I went to the baby department to buy a car seat and the girls were very helpful seen as I had no idea what I was looking for

staff are approachable, plenty of staff. Store is organised, clean and tidy. I would choose to shop at Big W over most the other department stores
