wonderful. the girls were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with at the checkout, they were very chatty and wanting to know how our day was and what our plans were for the rest of the day,

I was very happy with a recent dealing with BigW. I purchased a toy from there for my daughter for Christmas, when we set it up there was a piece missing. I emailed the manufacturer who told me to contact BigW for a refund or replacement. The staff members were more then happy to refund me the money for this item as they didn't have anymore to replace it with.

I recently bought some items there some of which I could not find. The staff when asked where they were helped immensely to find them or about them for me and also apologised when one of the items was no longer available and had no raincheck.
