this store has improved over the years the service is friendly and helpful and the queing up at the check outs is very limited they always have good specials on all in all i like this store

i was walking through with my sons they picked up a ball that was left lying in the aisles and i asked them to say excuse me to one of the women in the bigw shirts and give it to them, he went to the nearest one, who was half a metre away from where he found the ball, who was having a talk about weekend plans with another staff member, he politely excused himself and said "i found this ball over there" the staff member snapped at him and said "he picked it up he should put it back, and he should not lie" i was gobsmacked, my son is 4. up until this visit to the store i usually enjoyed my visits. this experience has greatly lessened my opinion of the store.
So much for customer service! Your poor son!
Lots of products to choose from for all areas of my life, baby needs, music / DVD, Manchester, gardening, and clothing. The have end of season sales which is great for a bargain. Staff were willing to help on price quires.

this big W is very good, they supply everything from kitchen needs, clothes for all of the family, toys for the kids, beach equipment to lollies, food, chips and magazines. they also supply hair care products, hair dye and toiletries.
