Service, Value & Quality EXTREMELY POOR! Will not be returning to this store!! Tried returning a product due to fault and was treated like a second class citizen. Not the first time I have experienced poor service from this store, however, will defiantly be the last time!

Great customer service skills! I love the fact that the sales assitant helping me wasnt all about making me buy everything i tried on and was completly honest with what looked good and what didnt! i purchased one dress in the end looks like i could of paid 50 or more but it was only 25 dollars definatly a bargin that day! i recommend going and checking out Big W before spending all your money on big brands, you will be suprised what you will find!

Big W always has the cheapest prices, when compared to any other shops. It took a while for me to get assistance to find a calculator, but they were very helpful and friendly.

Most of the time i can get what I need at a reasonable price. When purchasing a mobile phone for my daughter, the assistant at the counter took time to help by asking the needs of my daughter with a phone and finding one that suited her best.
