I do like Big W. They have a great range and offer competitive prices. However often when I go there the shelves are out of stock (has happened on 3 occasions in 2 different departments- stationary and kitchen supplies). I once asked if a staff member could check out the back and he never returned, I think I waited 10 mins before giving up. However the check out staff are always lovely.

i think they change to different level, when i went inside to bought a pack of underwear is a lot cheaper than before 10 pieces $8.65, cotton and different pattern as well.
