they have a great range of products at very cheap prices although the staff don't get involved very much

Staff were very helpful and always give me more than one option. If they are not sure they ask another staff member that they know would know. This even happens during busy toy sale periods.

I love Big W as i can get do alot of my shopping in the one shop, they have great prices on children clothes and toys as well as clothes for myself. service is normally good with happy and friendly staff

The service is usually pretty good but I love using the self-service check-outs. Excellent range of products at a great price. Went there to get some clothes for the kids, and as usual had a great everyday range at low prices and really nice stuff too. I always get alot of the everyday clothes and a bunch of nice clothes too. Always great value for money, which I don't take for granted as I have 3 kids. I also picked up a few things for myself, I find they have nice bra's for a decent price too. I was very impressed and happy with what I came out with

I was looking for a staff member to help me with a Hot wheels set I was buying for my Grandson as the set only came with one car and I wanted to buy more for it I wanted to know what sort of cars it needed for the product and could not find any staff members to help, the servise desk called someone for me but they said that the person from that department was on lunch and wasn't available and the person who tried to help didn't know and couldn't help me.

Big W Strathpine is a great place to shop. The store offers a wide range of products and friendly, efficient service. I would most certainly shop there again.

Big W always seem to have the "goods" and if they haven't? well then any one of the assistants will direct a shopper to the appropriate store, either in the centre where they are situated or elsewhere. Excellent place
