Love the big w experience but am totally disappointed in the state of there store, went to find a pair of kids shoes and couldn't move none of there shoes were on shelves laying around all over the floor. Staff need to be there picking up if ppl cannot be tidy.

a nicely planned and large store with great service from the staff. Value for money prices and the later opening hours make it very practical for those last minute needed items.

Great and big shop, plenty of dog food varieties just what I need. Very clean store and I like those self serving registers as I do not like big lines up.

Nice and large big W. Great service and full selection of items. Great photo printing area that are fast and cheep. Only issue is that there is no phone coverage in the shop.
