I observe that it is hard to get a staff to assist the customers. And if you get one, he/she is not well knowledgeable to the product. I would like to suggest not only to big w but to all to train a staff to be well oriented to a certain product so that if the customers will ask about it, there is someone to answer it correctly, right away.

went there to but laminating paper found it then went to checkout and the girl that served me didn't say hi just looked at me when it was time to pay not even saying the price just watching. i said hi and hope you have a great day.
